Also, the number reciting has a direct effect on improving the storage capacity of a person’s short-term memory, which is very important for people to handle a variety of information. There are two ways to recite the numbers, forwards and backwards. The latter is more difficult, and it uses and trains more functions. So both ways are necessary for the training, and the effect of the reverse reciting is more obvious.

From the source of information transmitted to the brain, visual and auditory sense are the major ways to obtain information in the human brain. Strengthening the training of visual and auditory sense is essential for brain development, and science shows that the visual, auditory-kinesthetic sense reaction time of the people who exercise regularly is much shorter than the people who do not exercise regularly. People who exercise regularly have an average reaction time of 0.12 seconds to 0.15 seconds, while those who do not exercise regularly need 0.3 to 0.5 seconds. The difference is more than twice. This shows the role of exercise in the development of the nervous system.
